Appointments and Scheduling Policy

To ensure the best experience, all services at House beauty are available by appointment. Clients may book by phone, in person, or online. When scheduling, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and contact details.
  • Select appropriate services based on your beauty needs.
  • Arrive on time to avoid reduced treatment time or cancellation.
  • Notify us if you experience symptoms or conditions affecting your treatment suitability.

If you are running late, we may adjust the service length to avoid impacting other clients.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To maintain efficient scheduling, House beauty requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us manage bookings and offer appointments to other clients.

  • Late cancellations may result in a partial charge.
  • No-show appointments may be charged the full service price.
  • Repeated cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

Payments and Pricing Policy

House beauty accepts payments via card, cash, or approved digital methods. Prices listed in the salon or on our website may change without prior notice due to product costs, time requirements, or seasonal adjustments.

  • Deposits may be required for long-duration or high-value treatments.
  • All promotional prices apply only during the advertised period.
  • Refunds are only issued in accordance with UK consumer law.

Suitability for Treatments

Clients must disclose allergies, pregnancy, health conditions, ongoing medication, and recent surgeries before receiving treatments. House beauty reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment that could compromise safety or result in adverse effects.

We may request a patch test for tinting, chemical treatments, waxing, or skincare services.

Hygiene, Conduct & Salon Environment

House beauty maintains a hygienic, welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients. To ensure comfort and safety:

  • Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service.
  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
  • No food or strong-smelling items are permitted inside service rooms.

Patch Testing Requirements

For selected services such as lash tinting, brow tinting, hair colour, and chemical peels, patch testing is mandatory at least 24–48 hours beforehand.

Refusing a patch test may result in the cancellation of the service for your safety.

Gift Vouchers & Promotions

House beauty offers gift vouchers valid only for the period printed at purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
  • Promotions may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Vouchers must be presented before service begins.

Liability Waiver

By receiving services at House beauty, you acknowledge that some treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to redness, sensitivity, or temporary irritation. Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by staff.

House beauty is not liable for:

  • Reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
  • Adverse effects resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
  • Loss of personal belongings brought into the premises.
